6.2 Customer account and order data is retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of the last transaction to comply with HMRC and Companies House requirements.

6.3 Credit and financial records are retained for seven (7) years from the date of the relevant transaction or the settlement of any dispute, whichever is later.

6.4 Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or opt out, at which point your details will be removed from our marketing lists within thirty (30) days.

6.5 Website analytics and technical data is retained for a maximum of twenty-six (26) months.

6.6 After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
